Another busy week, I don’t know where the time goes.
Monday Night was our usual radio play night with some operating taking place on a couple of bands.
Unfortunately we will not be meeting next Monday due to the Bank holiday.

Monday Night we had a play with a Yaesu FT101ZD and finally put it on the air. Steve (G1MPW) showed us how to set up a valve PA stage before transmitting. Once set up our first call was into Oman, not bad for an old radio.
More operating next week along, other activities as well as the normal tea, coffee and biscuits.

We were back to the scout hut after a long break. This meeting turned into a good chat between members discussing various topics and ideas.
Chris Howard 2E0CTH showed us his new Fun Cube dongle which seem to work well.
Lots of tea and coffee drinking and a good time were had by all.

Hi Guys
Good news, I have contacted Tim who will open up the Scout Hall for us tomorrow. I still haven’t been able to contact Denis but after a number of weeks away it will be good to see you.
What’s new, what’s been happening, well I’m hoping to find out. I have seen some of you in the last two weeks hope that others who have been on holiday had a great time.
