Callum did his final practical today for his foundation licence, which was to make a contact on HF.
Alex and Chris were playing with WSPR, Alex having a little more success.
Plus the usual tea and chat.

Another busy evening.
Callum has almost completed his foundation training.
Denis was experimenting with a Morse oscillator which operates over infra red.
Steve was advising Chris on building a balun.
Alex was showing us his Arduino powered fan.
With the usual talking and drinking of tea.

Callum has almost finished his foundation training.
Alex brought his FT857 and laptop and was playing with PSK31.
John had a problem with the rig in his car, which turned out to be just a loose connector.
David and Warren were talking about military radios.
and the usual tea and biscuits and operating on the repeater on the way home.

Callum continued his foundation training, covering transmitters and receivers.
Denis and Steve were fixing and testing an aerial.
Alex was playing with psk31 on his ft857.
Chris was helping John and Tim program a radio for the local repeaters.
