This Monday I spent some time playing with a couple of valve radios I was given a few years ago. One can be repaired and I am looking forward to renovating it. The other was too badly decayed and has ended up not worth repairing.
Saturday the guys and I had a radio play day. Ten of us met in the car park on Epsom Downs. Various antennas were erected and a number of bands worked. Pictures below:
